Job Summary:

This role involves ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and assets on three campuses in Melbourne.

Responsibilities include providing external and internal security services, assisting with emergency responses, monitoring CCTV equipment, and escalating incidents to multiple stakeholders.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service skills
  • Provide surveillance and reporting as directed
  • Escalate and work with key stakeholders
  • Assist with incident management and reporting

Requirements:

  • Hold full working rights in Australia
  • Hold a current VIC Security Licence
  • Hold a current WWC card
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate
  • Be flexible with rostering schedules
  • Ability to create a safe environment for all staff, students, and the public
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
