Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect Leader to join our team at Amazon Web Services. This role is responsible for leading the success of Partner-Led enterprise support customers in building applications and services on the AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for partners
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
  • Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning
  • Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud

About the Role:

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience or 5+ years with relevant certifications
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple cloud services
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
