Key Role: Change Manager

The role of Change Manager plays a pivotal part in driving organizational change and ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects.

As a seasoned professional, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and implementing complex change management strategies, with a strong focus on strategy development, implementation planning, benefits realization, change adoption, and impact assessment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, including direct communication, cross-cultural effectiveness, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be able to build effective working relationships with peers, vendors, and stakeholders, and demonstrate a proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence team members from diverse backgrounds.

This key position operates as a HSE-focused team leader, participates in office safety programs, and instills a safety culture in the workplace through influence and behavior.

  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to drive complex change management programs.
  • Work closely with Program Management teams to deliver and coordinate organizational change and operational readiness activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business impacts and concerns are well understood.
  • Manage and coordinate communications across programs and in-flight projects for consistency.
  • Drive deployment and change adoption into the organization.
