Organizational Change Management Specialist

Key Objectives and Outcomes:
- Create stakeholder awareness about the change and its significance.
- Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders, including those not immediately apparent.
- Assess and document the impact of the change on each stakeholder group.
- Develop a strategic approach to minimize business disruption.
- Lead project communication and training teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and training.
- Promote the adoption and deployment of the change within the organization.
- Collaborate with key teams to develop centralized strategies for change, communications, and training.
Required Expertise:
- Proven experience in global change management, communications, and training.
- High emotional intelligence to form relationships and resolve competing needs and priorities.
- Experience in IT implementation of human capital management (HCM) rollouts.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective project communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the adoption and usage of the change.
- Counsel leaders and team members to achieve successful and sustainable implementation of the program strategy.
