Change Management Specialist Opportunity
\We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team and work on a variety of projects. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading organizational change initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of new business processes.
\About the Role
\This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Change Manager to lead multiple change initiatives across various programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, conducting stakeholder analysis, and providing training and coaching to employees.
\Key Responsibilities

- Create and oversee comprehensive change plans and schedules as part of project plans\
- Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis, change and training needs assessment, and communication planning\
- Develop and implement robust communication strategies to facilitate change adoption\
- Provide coaching and facilitation to promote behavioral change and mindset shifts\
- Lead teams to achieve change objectives within program streams\
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and negotiating to drive change forward\
- Monitor and evaluate change progress, making adjustments as needed\\/ul">
Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
\- \
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or certification as a practitioner in a recognized change management framework\
- At least 5 years of experience in spearheading organizational changes within large, complex entities\
- Vast experience in relationship-building, influencing, coaching, and facilitating conversations to promote adoption of new behaviors and mindsets\
- Considerable expertise in directing teams to attain change objectives within program streams\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and partnership\\/ul">
