We are seeking an experienced and skilled Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Outside School Hours Care service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children. This includes developing and implementing educational programs, managing staff, and maintaining positive relationships with families and school staff.

  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children aged 5-12 years.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality care and education services.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting children's needs.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in OSHC or a similar field, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
