We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Coordinator to assist with the daily operations of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education, while also supporting the growth and development of children in our care.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Coordinator with programming, staff management, and administrative tasks. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality programs that cater to the needs of diverse children
  • Managing day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintaining effective communication with parents, educators, and colleagues
  • Supporting the Coordinator with staff supervision, training, and development

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • A relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum of Diploma in Children Services)
  • Experience in childcare, preferably in OSHC or similar settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
