Job Title: OSHClub Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and leading a dynamic, child-centered program that inspires and engages children through exciting activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program
  • Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
  • Maintaining high standards of child safety and well-being, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing administrative tasks, including rostering, payroll, and reporting
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages growth and development
