We are seeking a skilled Event Experience Manager to join our team. As the driving force behind event bookings, you will be responsible for fostering relationships and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

About the Role
  • Identify and capitalize on event sales opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
  • Nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry professionals to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling collateral and promotional materials.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide detailed information on venues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze events performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar type of establishment.
  • A drive to succeed and excel in your role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
