The Role

As Conference and Events Coordinator, you'll plan and coordinate events from start to finish, set up venues, negotiate contracts, develop marketing strategies, manage attendee registration, oversee logistics and on-site management, create event programs.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a corporate or association environment. You should have strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
