**Job Title:** Wedding & Events Coordinator

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming wedding & event enquiries and responses, providing a prompt and professional service to clients.
  • Develop tailored wedding / event proposals within a 24 hour period, showcasing our hotel's unique offerings and exceeding client expectations.
  • Drive the friendly and dedicated service from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of events and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings when required, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Previous experience using Opera PMS & Sales and Catering would be a significant advantage.
