This role is part of our Sleep Solutions business, which aims to provide high-quality sleep services to our customers. As the Regional Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our sleep business within the assigned region.
The role requires strong leadership and management skills, as you will be managing a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists. Your primary goal will be to build synergy between team members and other groups in the region, ensuring the success of our sleep business.
Main Responsibilities- Drive sales of the sleep business within Air Liquide's CPAP clinics
- Manage a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists
- Build synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region
- Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and services
- Generate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance Indicators
- Handle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutions
- Promote a safe working environment and abide by stipulated regulations
- Regular travels to CPAP Clinics in Townsville and Mackay
- Tertiary qualification and/or related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management and business development capabilities
- Effective leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
- In-depth understanding of medical supplies and or pharmacy business
