We are seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Parts Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Motors in Cairns, North Queensland.

About the Role

As a key member of our parts distribution centre, you will play a vital role in supporting our 13 new car brands, used car reconditioning, and two vehicle service centre locations.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient parts handling, including receiving, storing, and dispatching auto parts to our customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of auto parts inventory
  • Process customer orders for auto parts with high accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
  • Sound knowledge of warehousing practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Absolutely essential: manual driver's licence
