- Provide expert strategic advice to senior leaders on social media campaigns, content, and best-practice audience engagement.
- Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring messaging aligns with regulatory work and consumer financial education objectives.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure performance, track key metrics, and optimise content strategies.
- Work across the organisation to ensure social media is impactful and positions us well.
You have extensive experience in social media leadership, with a background in developing and executing strategies that drive audience engagement and deliver measurable results.
A strong understanding of digital communications in regulated industries, such as government or financial services, is essential.
As a collaborative and strategic leader, you excel at influencing stakeholders, providing expert advice, and working across teams to align messaging with corporate priorities.
You have a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, drive innovation, and ensure best-practice social media engagement in a complex environment.
