Outside School Hours Care Coordinator

As a Director of Service, you will be responsible for building a fantastic relationship with your school and being an active member within the school and local community. You will enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a strong relationship with the school and local community
* Plan and deliver enriching experiences for children
* Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
* Manage service compliance and medical documentation
* Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community
As a 2IC, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:
* Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program
* Supporting with ensuring your program is in compliance according to industry regulations
* Interacting with our parents and helping them with inquiries wherever possible
* Engaging with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc., when the Director can't attend
* Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program
Requirements:
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
* Natural leadership skills
* Genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN
* Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification
