Role Overview
We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team, working in an Outside School Hours Care setting. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for children, families, and staff. You will work closely with the Service Manager to plan, prepare, and deliver programs that meet the needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Delivery
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote learning, exploration, and play.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to plan and prepare programs that meet the needs of our children.
- Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff to create a sense of community and belonging.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and other educators to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes professional growth.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is highly regarded.
