About the Role

This is a permanent and full-time Director of Service position with TeamKids, a leading provider of outside school hours care services. As a Director of Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care programs to children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with schools and partner on events and community engagement
  • Plan and deliver enriching experiences for children, fostering fun and engaging relationships with families
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators, ensuring compliance and medical documentation
  • Be the key point of contact between TeamKids and the school community, promoting a positive and collaborative relationship
  • Service times: 6:30am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday + 5.5 admin hours per week

Requirements

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for working with children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, with a natural leadership ability
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification, with a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
