Job Title: Area Manager, Outside School Hours Care

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our cluster of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing OSHC teams in schools, overseeing all aspects of service management, and building strong relationships with educators, principals, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage OSHC teams in schools
  • Oversee all aspects of service management, including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams
  • Conduct Educator appraisals
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers
  • Prepare and support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews
  • Monthly rostering and reporting
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A current VIC Working with Children's check, or willingness to obtain
  • Current driver's license and own car (travel allowance provided)
