Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Companion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably. This role involves assisting with daily activities, including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families. You will also need to be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care and mobility support
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Provide companionship and social interaction for clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings

Requirements:

  • National Police Check (less than 6 months old)
  • Victorian Driver Licence
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
