Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide care services in the comfort of clients' own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients.

  • Personal care: assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing;
  • Domestic support: help with cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry;
  • Transportation: provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and activity groups using your own vehicle;
  • In-home respite: offer companionship and emotional support;

PPE will be provided, and reimbursement will be offered for travel between clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability; or 2+ years of nursing study;
  • A Victorian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle with insurance;
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check;
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years);
  • CPR Certificate (within 1 year);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Patient and compassionate nature;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team;
  • Dedicated, reliable, and honest attitude;
  • Will to learn and upskill with every opportunity.

Work Arrangements

This is a Part-time/Casual role, offering flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour.
