About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts and Office Administrator to join our growing team and work directly with our Financial Controller.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work for a reputable business with a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing the fortnightly and monthly billing cycle
- Approving sub-contractor progress claims
- Assisting the Project Management team with overseeing workflow
- Resolving supplier enquiries
- General office administrative duties
- Maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc accounting duties from time to time
Requirements
- Ideal candidate has 12-18 months experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
- Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to support various management teams and key partners in the business
