About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accounts Specialist to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park NSW. This is a full-time position that offers a range of benefits, including free onsite parking and 15% discount in onsite Café.

As an Administrative Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the creditor ledger, processing supplier invoices, and organising payments. You will also work with creditors to reconcile monthly statements and resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the creditor ledger and process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organise payment runs and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Creditor maintenance and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain the purchase order system, including staff training and support.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant work experience in accounting or finance, as well as completed tertiary accounting education. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on providing excellent service to internal and external clients.

You must be legally entitled to live and work in Australia.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including free onsite parking and 15% discount in onsite Café.
