Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead AI solutions and join our organization. As a critical member of the team, you will work closely with sales professionals to educate enterprise customers on our product, set up and run proofs-of-concept, and lead technical discussions of a highly technical nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing our product and capabilities to top prospects
  • Leading technical discussions on cutting-edge data science and answering technical questions
  • Executing demos and proof of concepts, including facilitating integration, delivering results & insights
  • Serving as a primary instructor for AI academy programs, teaching artificial intelligence concepts through guided exercises and discussion
  • Serving as a thought leader, evangelizing the benefits of AI testing & reinforcement learning
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position our organization in relation to them
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to continuously improve our products and externally facing materials
  • Supporting other team members across functions to develop their expertise and inform future organizational product development

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience working directly with enterprise customers, developing strong consultative relationships, and having a solid grasp of machine learning, including familiarity with reinforcement learning.

Additionally, we are looking for an engaging presenter, mar-tech savvy individual, strong collaborator, analytically-driven problem solver, and someone who can prioritize work-life harmony.
