About the Opportunity

This role is a pivotal part of our team, responsible for driving customer understanding and adoption of highly capable AI models.

You will play a key driver of opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure. You'll work closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers evolve their industry with AI.

The position involves managing a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans. This includes supporting customer accounts from initial engagement to successful deployment and renewal.

  • Develop and execute strategies for a comprehensive account plan.

  • Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
  • Own a revenue target.
  • Manage revenue forecasts.
  • Analyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
