Job Overview:

The Retirement Village Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our village services, encompassing maintenance and gardening standards, financial performance, safety and security.

  • Daily management of operations, including scheduled audits, checklists, and administrative activities to guarantee compliance.
  • Fostering a dynamic community built on professionalism, mutual respect, and open communication to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, residents, staff, contractors, and suppliers to promote effective collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven operational experience in Retirement Living is essential.
  • Customer service and managerial expertise are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) is required.
  • Able to work autonomously, manage workload, and achieve objectives.
  • Strong financial acumen and sales process focus are necessary.
  • Sales and marketing techniques to attract consumers are also required.
