**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Brand Marketing and Communications Specialist to join the Brand, Marketing and Communications team in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

As a Brand Marketing and Communications Specialist you will partner with the Advice team to develop marketing strategies, plans, propositions and activities that reach financial advisers and ensure Australian Retirement Trust members can access quality financial advice to support them to and through retirement.

Key tasks and Responsibilities
- Be the business partner working with the Advice Team to grow Australian Retirement Trust's relationships with External Financial Advisers (EFA).
- Use market and customer insights and work with specialist teams to develop and execute the External Financial Adviser (EFA) Value Proposition that ultimately increases the number of members receiving education, guidance and support from a financial adviser.
- Develop marketing strategies that help more financial advisers to work with Australian Retirement Trust, supporting our members to access quality financial advice and utilise retirement products.
- Partner with the Advice Team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute an annual marketing calendar that achieves business objectives.
- Design and execute multi-channel integrated marketing materials and campaigns (above and below the line) on time and to budget, being compelling and meeting all compliance requirements.
- Undertake analysis, showcase results and learnings and recommend refinements to optimise performance.
- Participate in other projects and initiatives in relation to EFA and financial advice.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers.

This role is available as a **12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.**

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar marketing and communications role.
- Proven, relevant experience in paid digital marketing including online copywriting.
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry, products and issues.
- Experienced at transforming conceptual marketing requirements into pragmatic solutions, across channels.
- Ability to strike a balance between providing strong direction and delivery, whilst working in a cooperative decision making environment.
