Job Title: Pte Academic Test Centre Coordinator

The Pearson Test Centre is seeking a skilled and experienced coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, maintain high security and customer service standards, and lead a dedicated team of casual staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal workflows to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our Test Centre and Pearson VUE, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to standards.
  • Build and manage a dedicated team of casual staff, ensuring adequate coverage and support for testing sessions.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks and maintain a pristine testing environment to uphold our commitment to excellence.
  • Take ownership of enhancing our brand image through impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
  • A National Police Check.
