This exciting role offers real control over your projects and pipeline, working in a positive supportive environment. As an expert in group or fully independent travel requirements, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences through solution-based thinking, effective communication, and relationship building skills.
You will assist in budgeting and executing professional business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations. Following company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards, you will source products, quote, make travel arrangements, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity, correct record keeping, and admin entry.
A successful candidate will have expertise in corporate travel product knowledge, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask to meet deadlines, project management skills, adaptability to changing work environments, stakeholder requirements, and teamwork. They will maintain favourable working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate a proactive approach in providing solutions to complex logistical challenges, and showcase amazing attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
The ideal candidate will have GDS experience (SABRE essential), Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel essential), major airline group booking platforms experience preferred, event management technology (Events Air/Cvent experience preferred), previous group travel/MICE experience preferable, and previous customer-facing roles experience.
Enjoy a generous remuneration structure with base salary + uncapped incentive + Super (estimated $90,000 per annum + super).
