The Role

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide high-level executive support to two senior leaders of the business. You will act as a gatekeeper for their time and workload, prioritizing tasks according to strategic priorities. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a diverse set of duties, including:

  • Managing complex international diaries, scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attending senior leadership meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action points.
  • Compiling reports, correspondence, and presentations, incorporating research and statistics.
  • Arranging accommodation, events, hospitality, and travel arrangements for executives as needed.
  • Utilizing corporate travel platforms to book travel and arrange itineraries.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required by the executives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should be an experienced Business Operations Coordinator with a background in large commercial organizations. You will be highly organized, confident, and able to establish strong stakeholder relationships. Your approach should be proactive and outcomes-focused, seeking to seamlessly integrate into the business and positively impact working lives.

You should ideally possess:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives in dynamic commercial environments.
  • The ability to work at pace in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
