Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate project planning and scheduling activities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications
  • Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and methodologies
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans and budget reports
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination and/or project management, and possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of our project delivery team, you will play a key role in delivering complex projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in project coordination and/or project management
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
