We are seeking an experienced project leader to join our Hunter Class Delivery team at Osborne Naval Shipyard in South Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and engage stakeholders, including the project team and sub-contractors/consultants, to achieve customer and company outcomes for complex projects.

The successful candidate will effectively manage the project scope, foster a positive and collaborative culture between key stakeholders and the project team, and ensure timely activity, integration, and efficient use of time and resources to meet requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and delivery of complex projects
  • Execution of strategic projects
  • Development of strategic relationships with industry partners and international entities
  • Provision of leadership and guidance to the project team aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative culture between key project stakeholders and the project team

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve and work autonomously to deliver outcomes.
