Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a significant capital project in Melbourne. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the successful planning, governance, and execution of the project.

The Project Director will be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance structures, acting as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, and taking full ownership of the project's strategic and operational management.

Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, architecture, engineering, or property development, and a minimum of 10 years of experience leading large-scale complex capital infrastructure projects.

They will possess expertise in contract negotiation, procurement, and project staging, as well as strong strategic and operational leadership capabilities.

The candidate will also have the capacity to work with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior Church leadership, government, and donors.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale complex capital infrastructure projects
