Senior Management Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead our project management practice across a diverse range of high-impact client engagements. With extensive experience globally, we empower businesses to optimize performance, accelerate delivery, and maximize value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major client projects, supporting strategic planning, program execution, and delivery governance across complex initiatives.
  • Provide expert advisory services on project delivery methodologies, lifecycle management, controls, risk, and assurance practices tailored to client environments.
  • Develop and implement delivery standards, tools, templates, and frameworks that underpin our project management offering.
  • Build and manage a high-performing project delivery team, mentoring and coaching professionals to grow capability and deliver exceptional client value.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to client executives, building strong relationships and long-term partnerships through trusted engagement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands-on project and program delivery experience, with at least 5 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory capacity.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing people, capability development, or practice governance within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of project management frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile approaches.
