- Tertiary qualification in engineering or business management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning and coordination.
- Background in a similar role involving project coordination.
The Corporate Services Division plays a key role in shaping our reputation, engaging with the community, and collaborating with other departments to address challenges and achieve strategic goals.
We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely development and coordination of several key projects that align with our Future Direction.
- Develop and manage project schedules, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely updates to support effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Facilitate forums and meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and status among all stakeholders.
- Implement and evaluate project management systems, processes, and procedures to achieve business objectives.
