About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superannuation Incident Manager to join our team at Iress. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing superannuation administration incidents and complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and report on incidents and complaints across various clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and service level agreements.
  • Conduct incident and complaint impact assessments, root cause analysis, and develop proposed incident remediation plans for internal and external approval.
  • Work with internal teams to implement required remediation activities and conduct post-incident reviews to identify prevention steps.
  • Develop and implement processes and control uplift opportunities to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
  • Document complaint key learnings and ensure accurate capture of incidents and complaints information in relevant Jira projects.
  • Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders on incidents and complaints as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of and changes to relevant superannuation laws and regulatory reports.
Requirements
  • RG 146 and a deep understanding of superannuation administration processes and related obligations.
  • Experience in managing obligations relating to incident management and internal dispute resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to complete calculations required to remediate incidents and complaints, including compensation.
  • Ability to reduce preventable recurring incidents and complaints through root cause analysis and recommendations.
  • Ability to produce internal and external incidents and complaints reporting and insights.
