Business Governance Compliance Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring corporate compliance across a dynamic portfolio of companies, trusts and joint ventures.
- Support the coordination of corporate secretariat functions, including ASIC and GEMS filings, trust and entity setups, and wind-ups.
- Assist with business name and trademark registrations, renewals, and statutory body requirements.
- Help facilitate quarterly Group Management and Finance Committee meetings using Nasdaq BoardVantage.
A strong attention to detail and organised approach to tasks is essential. A genuine interest in governance, legal processes, and corporate compliance is also required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.
A proactive mindset and willingness to support continuous improvement are highly valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, with experience in BoardVantage and DocuSign being an advantage.
