
Governance and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our governance, risk and compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality corporate documents, board papers and external disclosures to ensure we meet our regulatory and strategic commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing governance frameworks and processes
- Providing reporting and writing support to stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve governance and compliance outcomes
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Safety and Sustainability team to embed best practices and drive business results.
