Job Title:
Team Leader for Mental Health and Wellbeing Services
Job Description:
As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in guiding a team of mental health professionals to provide safe, respectful, and inclusive services. You will foster a culture where every experience with the service is empowering and supportive.
You will lead by example, mentoring and guiding your team to bring out their strengths, build confidence, and support professional growth. You will maintain a warm, evidence-based, and accessible service, supporting participants through various stages of recovery.
You will work closely with other service leaders to ensure care is coordinated and effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Senior leadership experience (3+ years) in a mental health setting
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Psychology or another mental health-related field, with AHPRA registration where applicable
- Ability to lead and motivate a designated lived experience workforce
- Demonstrated experience in embedding lived experience across models of care
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve service delivery
Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake
NDIS Workers Orientation module completion certificate
