About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Centre of Excellence, responsible for creating tools, procedures, and frameworks to embed our policy across the organisation. As a key member of our team, you will lead identification, development, and implementation of Group wide tooling and initiatives, strengthening the foundational capability of Records Management.

As a Senior Manager, you will be pivotal in the success of our Centre of Excellence meeting its responsibility relating to management of risk in managing policy records. You will work closely with our stakeholders across the group to drive consistent and effective embedment of our Policy Suite, ultimately buying down risk through effective Record Management in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Group wide tooling and initiatives to strengthen the foundational capability of Records Management
  • Lead identification, development, and implementation of Group wide tooling and initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the group to drive consistent and effective embedment of our Policy Suite
  • Manage risk in managing policy records and ensure effective Record Management in the organisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing executive stakeholders and influencing them to affect change
  • Knowledge of industry and global operations best practices
  • Excellent demonstration of consulting core craft skills
  • Leading and fostering a work culture of continuous improvement
  • Well demonstrated experience and attitude working in a dynamic program environment
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and within the 'grey'
