Senior Business Analyst - Record and Privacy Management

Talent International is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement record management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and manage data protection compliance projects to mitigate risks and ensure data handling and privacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and ensure successful implementation of data governance and risk management strategies.
  • Lead the analysis of business processes related to data governance, privacy, and records management to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Record / Privacy Management.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in records management, including policy development, implementation, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with business process analysis, documentation, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with records management software and privacy management tools.
