About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships by providing advice and information on products and services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Teller duties such as general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, withdrawals
- Floor walking and initiating quality conversations with customers to identify opportunities for both current and future business
- Inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships
- Daily maintenance of the ATM and cash management - technical support, stationery orders
- A strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably from the banking industry
- A commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team environment
- The willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
- Ability to take a personalized approach with every customer interaction
- A proactive attitude towards all aspects of your role
- Confidence in learning and using technical financial systems
