Personalised Digital Experiences Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage the implementation of personalised experiences on our digital touchpoints.

This newly created role will see you working with our Head of Digital to implement new websites and digital technologies. You will be an individual who loves optimisation, personalisation, SEO and UX improvements.

This opportunity is ideal for an individual interested in driving positive commercial outcomes through digital channels and across priority stages of the customer lifecycle to achieve both brand and retail objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital experience strategy to drive commercial performance.
  • Manage the design, functionality, and content of our website.
  • Support the project management and delivery of smooth integration of new products, digital channels and touchpoints into our digital environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, revenue, project groups and other key stakeholders to optimise digital integration.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in processes for integrating new assets into our digital environment.
  • Manage and continually optimise the digital tools required to support the strategic roadmap and achieve performance objectives.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery and execution of the digital roadmap is aligned to customer and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate digital analytics, business intelligence, market conditions and competitor research to provide input into the strategic marketing plans.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, Ecommerce, UX/UI design, website design/development or similar.
  • Experience in user research, user-centred design methodologies, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully identify and address user journey pain points and business stakeholder concerns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimising marketing websites to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of UX, SEO, personalisation and analytics.
  • Experiencing working with marketing technologies, building EDM templates and basic website coding.
  • Experience managing and building digital marketing teams.
