About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Investigation Specialist to join our team at New Horizons.

As an Investigation Specialist, you will conduct thorough and impartial investigations across our organization, ensuring that all incidents are thoroughly examined and addressed. Your findings will be presented in a clear and concise manner, highlighting any necessary risk mitigation strategies to prevent future incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations into customer complaints, incidents, and other matters, adhering to the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and integrity.
  • Communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders, adapting your communication style to suit their needs.
  • Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in conducting investigations, preferably in areas such as customer complaints, incidents, and workers' compensation.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, such as government investigations, law, justice, or criminology, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to investigations, with the ability to get to the heart of the matter.
