We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Frontline Security and Administration Officer. This role involves providing a safe and secure environment for visitors, staff, and clients by performing various tasks including pedestrian circulation management, security checks, and monitoring CCTV cameras.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the flow of people and vehicles within the precinct
  • Conducting security checks on individuals and their belongings
  • Maintaining accurate records and registers
  • Issuing identification passes and access cards to authorized personnel
  • Responding to alarms, duress calls, and intercoms in the Main Control Room

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with security systems or in a custodial environment.

You will also need a current full driver's license and a commitment to obtaining a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a statement of attainment for the first aid unit HTLAID011 Provide First Aid.
