Practice Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Executive to join our Practice Support team in our Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Partners and senior legal operatives to provide high-quality business support and play a critical role in assisting senior legal operatives to manage the financial aspects of their practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practice and client management support to senior operatives, including financial support, diary management, expense management, document management, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Understand and manage administrative client requirements to ensure consistent client service delivery across matter teams.
- Interpret data and apply client knowledge when supporting partners with practice management.
- Manage all administrative duties associated with the financials of a matter, including billing, e-billing audits, tracking of non-dispatched bills, missing timesheets, cost estimates, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with members within and outside of the Practice Support team to ensure a high quality of work and standards of services are delivered to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to others and be a source of information on drafting, producing documents, and practice management processes and procedures.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or finance industry. You will have excellent written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to draft correspondence, presentations, and pitch documents quickly and accurately.
