Cafe Business Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Venue Manager to lead our team at a busy café known for specialty coffee, fresh seasonal food, and great service.
As a Venue Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, drive team performance, and ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding café experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the café team across front and back of house, driving efficiency and productivity.
