Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Financial Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with business customers to understand their financial needs and challenges.

You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities to provide tailored financial solutions that align with the specific goals and objectives of our business customers.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and/or sales, as well as lending experience. Strong communication skills, resilience, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be able to work across our operating hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving inbound calls from business owners seeking product information
  • Finding opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional banking products
  • Helping customers understand their needs and connecting them to suitable business banking products
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A solid background in customer service and/or sales
  • Lending experience
  • Clear communication skills and resilience to handle high call volumes
  • Strong attention to detail, including written skills
  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems
