Early Childhood Operations Lead

The successful candidate will be at the heart of our childcare operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre. This role is responsible for managing daily centre functions, including staffing, budgets, and parent engagement.

This key position requires a strong leadership style, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role. They will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and possess a current Blue card.

  • Manage daily centre functions, including staffing, budgets, and parent engagement.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

A collaborative and inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity is essential in this role. Ensure all staff are motivated and engaged to provide high-quality care and education to children. Develop and implement strategies to achieve this goal. Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining a continuous improvement culture.
