Job Details

We place great importance on selecting candidates who are committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in childcare environments.

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our childcare centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Emptying rubbish bins to maintain a clean and tidy space
  • Cleaning toilet facilities to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses
  • Cleaning glass surfaces and other tasks reasonably required of a cleaner to keep our centre looking its best
  • Assisting the Grounds department as directed to ensure a well-maintained outdoor area

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be reliable, flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
