Job Title: Childcare Operations Manager
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily childcare operations ensuring safety, fun, and educational activities for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and deliver quality daily activities that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
- Maintain a strong focus on child safety and adherence to mandatory reporting requirements.
- Supervise and support children in their daily needs.
- Prepare and serve healthy meal options.
- Create an engaging and happy environment for children.
- Establish meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the school community.
Requirements:
- Certificate 4 or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in children's services or equivalent recognized qualifications.
- Current Employee Working with Children's Check (willing to obtain).
- HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
- Child Protection (CHCPRT001 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk).
